KD is an international Artist, Educator, and Performer based here at home in Brooklyn.  
She is a long time student of YTB (read, Bikram on Flatbush days) and gravitated to the studio because the swampiness felt like home on the coast of NC & a Dunham studio, as a new mother having something be consistent for 90min was helpful, the transcendent focus was familiar, and the community is that of the NYC authentic representation of EveryBody which she loves and is reflective of her years in NYC living deep radical collectives.  
KD is a sought out freelance movement program design and curriculum consultant, teacher, and choreographer with titles ranging from former AntiGravity® Worldwide Headquarters Master Instructor, Soulbox Jakarta SoulBarre program developer, X-pert instructor, and candidate for the Institute for Dunham Technique Certification.  
KD is known for discipline, knowledge, and application in alignment for execution, sensory-based learning techniques, and keen ability to breakdown movement that allows for an engaging and empowering movement experience where everyone thrives.
