Sally Choi

Sally has been in NYC for 12 years, and she feels most like herself in the HOT room—where discipline and self-mastery become evolution. She holds 400+ hours of training and is currently pursuing her 300-hr with Lighthouse this summer! 

To Sally, yoga is more than movement—it’s a practice of patience, discipline, and deep self-mastery. She invites students to explore their inner circuitry, meet their edges, and evolve beyond the loops they’ve outgrown. She’s passionate about the quiet, lasting ways yoga reshapes how we live, love, and move through the world.

Off the mat, you’ll find her building meaningful connections, traveling, tending to her plants, or dancing it out in the BK dance scene.

This class is designed to help you build the foundational skills of meditation. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and guided stillness, we create space to slow down and reconnect to body and mind. You’ll explore simple yet powerful breathing techniques, learn how to stay present with discomfort without shutting down, and develop practical tools you can carry into daily life—your work, your relationships, your week. With consistent practice, you may notice enhanced focus, mental clarity, emotional balance, and deeper self-awareness. You’ll be practicing alongside others, in a supportive community.
