I am a bilingual biologist who loves yoga. I started practicing about 9 years ago. I wanted to find a way to release stress and anxiety, mentally and physically. The asana practice, pranayama and meditation has helped me manage my work and life balance. Additionally, it has helped me manage my rheumatoid arthritis. 

 

I received my 100 hr certification in Jan 2021 from lighthouse yoga studio under Jared McCann, Rebecca Causey and Michael Guiou. I completed my 50 hr rocket yoga training with Patrick McCleaf in Nov 2021. I have also taken David Garrigues props and modification Asana workshop in Jan 2022. 

 

I teach so I can share my knowledge and love for yoga. In hope that I would be able to help others cope with their pain, anxiety and stress. What I have learned from practice is that you can apply what you learn on the mat to your everyday life.

Burn Lab Hot Pilates

Burn LAB (Legs, Abs/Arms, Butt) will stress your body’s different energy systems and address common physical imbalances due to modern lifestyles using Pilates principles and HIIT. You can expect a fun total body workout that includes active muscle engagement, vigorous movement, and bursts of high-intensity exercises and metabolic rollercoasters. The class will end with guided stretching and short meditation.
