90 MINUTES. Celebrate the light of the longest day of the year with a powerful Summer Solstice yoga practice on June 21st, 2026 at 12pm. Together, we’ll move through 108 Sun Salutations, thoughtfully broken into four sets of 27, each honoring one of the elements.
We begin with Fire, igniting heat, strength, and determination—building energy from the core and awakening inner power. We then flow into Water, inviting fluidity and grace, softening the body and linking breath to smooth, continuous movement. Next, we rise into Air, cultivating lightness and expansion—each inhale lifting, each exhale creating space and clarity. Finally, we ground into Earth, steady and rooted, connecting deeply to stability, endurance, and presence.
