Sarah Schultz

Sarah attended Bikram Yoga teacher training in the Spring of 2012. She has also studied with Rose Erin Vaughn completing 300hrs based in Chinese meridian therapy. Through this disciplined practice and way of life she believes anyone can find their path to healing oneself. In each class she invites all students to join her in a judgement free space where they can explore all levels of possibility in their body and mind. She is excited to share all of her knowledge with you and looks forward to being a part of your journey.

The classic hot yoga sequence is thoughtfully designed to cater to individuals of all levels, making it an ideal choice for beginners, a rewarding experience for seasoned practitioners, and a welcoming entry point for those who've never explored yoga before. The Classic hot yoga series encompasses a total of 26 carefully selected postures and incorporates 2 dedicated breathing exercises, all of which are performed within a heated room.

The traditional 90-minute hot yoga practice, known as "CLassic 26+2," has been transformed into a dynamic and demanding 1-hour sequence. In this class, we maintain the essence of the original by repeating most poses twice, with a few exceptions. Additionally, some poses are seamlessly integrated to maximize the efficiency of your practice. This condensed format is suitable for all students, especially those with busy schedules. You will definitely work up a sweat in our heated environment.
