Come as you are to join Elly Kace for a 60-75 minute sound bath. Lie down, sit in meditation, nap, dream, journal, rest, allow - whatever you need - as we move through the time with the sounds of harmonium, Sanskrit mantra, and crystal singing bowls. Depending on the energy of the day, we will learn ancient sound healing techniques and mantras you can take with you into your daily life and even tap into some shadow work. Yogis are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, and bring journals, crystals, malas, and any other objects that bring comfort - or nothing at all. If extra pillows and blankets would be helpful for you, feel free to bring them. Elly Kace is a certified sound healing/yoga/meditation facilitator and singer based in Brooklyn, NY. She offers intuitive energy work and sound healing in both group and private settings rooted in ancient yogic practices with a focus on radical self-acceptance. Elly also writes indie pop music incorporating sound healing instruments in addition to the Sanskrit mantra offerings she creates as a tool for her students.
